Laughter As Therapy!

image021-8Studies show having a good sense of humor reduces stress, helps you cope with pain, bonds people together in social situations, and can even improve your odds of finding your true love!

Look for the funny side of situations – We have heard a lot of funny responses from children who look at your oxygen equipment and we have known people who name their oxygen tanks and POCs and dress them up for holidays.

Start with a smile – Even if it is a fake smile! Take a step back from your situation and try and look at it from a different perspective.

Have a friend who likes to share jokes and stories, and will watch comedies with you. There is something called Laughter Yoga you could practice together.

Stay happy – It will make people wonder what you are up to!
